  8. Fry on medium heat until browned at edges
  9. Get a clean saucepan
  10. Add heavy cream
  11. Add sliced garlic clove
  12. Add chili flakes
  13. Add dijon mustard
  14. Add fresh rosemary
  15. Heat until just boiling
  16. Assemble
  17. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese with a small bowl
  18. Bake for 1h until golden brown and tender
  19. Let rest for approx 5min
