One pan Singapore noodles is a simple, healthy, heart warming dish, perfect for the coming winter evenings!

  • Sunflower oil icon
    Sunflower oil

    1 tablespoon (about 15 ml)

  • Garlic clove icon

    3 (about 18 g)minced, firm

    1 teaspoon (about 2 g)chopped

    2 (about 40 g)finely sliced

    METHOD


  • 1. Get a clean frying pan
  • 2. Heat
  • 3. Add sunflower oil, garlic clove, ginger, fresh chili and scallion to the frying pan
  • 4. Stir until tender - approx 2 min
  • 5. Add green beans and red bell pepper to the frying pan
  • 6. Stir continuously - approx 4 min
  • 7. Add peas, soy sauce, rice wine, curry powder, sugar, sesame oil, chicken stock and rice noodles to the frying pan
  • 8. Stir until tender - approx 3 min
  • 9. Serve
  • 10. Garnish with cilantro
