Step preview

  1. Get a clean saucepan
  2. Add butter
  3. Melt gently
  4. Add crushed biscuits
  5. Mix until combined
  6. Prepare a springform pan
  7. Transfer mixture to springform pan
  8. Press firmly and cover
  9. Chill in fridge and continue
  10. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  11. Add broken up white chocolate
  12. Melt gently in double boiler while stirring occasionally
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add cream cheese
  15. Add double cream
  16. Add mascarpone cheese
  17. Beat until well combined
  18. Transfer chocolate mixture to cheese mixture
  19. Mix in blueberries gently
  20. Transfer cheese mixture to springform pan
  21. Spread evenly
  22. Chill in fridge for approx 3h until set
