Step preview

  1. Get a clean large saucepan
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes
  3. Add baby spinach
  4. Add finely sliced onion
  5. Add finely sliced garlic clove
  6. Add finely chopped fresh chili
  7. Add spaghetti
  8. Add extra virgin olive oil
  9. Add water
  10. Heat until boiling
  11. Cook for 9min while stirring occasionally
  12. Stir thoroughly and turn off heat
  13. Add pecorino cheese
  14. Add fresh basil
  15. Stir until combined
  16. Season with sea salt
  17. Season with freshly ground black pepper
