  1. Pre-heat - 170°C
  2. Prepare a clean lightly floured surface
  3. Roll out sweet shortcrust pastry
  4. Cut out
  5. Press medium bowl into muffin pan
  6. Pre-bake - 7 min
  7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Add grated nutmeg
  10. Add ground cinnamon
  11. Add milk
  12. Add egg
  13. Add pumpkin purée
  14. Get a clean small glass bowl
  15. Add unsalted butter
  16. Melt in microwave - low heat
  17. Transfer butter to filling
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Transfer filling to pie
  20. Bake until set - 12 min, 170°C
  21. Let cool
