  2. Roll out sweet shortcrust pastry onto a lightly floured surface
  3. Cut out
  4. Press dough into muffin pan
  5. Pre-bake for 7min
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add granulated sugar
  8. Add grated nutmeg
  9. Add ground cinnamon
  10. Add milk
  11. Add egg
  12. Add pumpkin purée
  13. Get a clean small glass bowl
  14. Add unsalted butter
  15. Melt in microwave on low heat
  16. Transfer butter to filling
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Transfer filling to muffin pan
  19. Bake for 12min until set
  20. Let cool
