Asian pork is a fantastic, flavourful dish that is my go to recipe on busy weekdays. It is incredibly easy to pull together and can be frozen for quick and easy future meals.
Ingredients
Button mushroom4diced
Chinese five spice1 teaspoon
Soy sauce2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce2 tablespoons
Sesame oil1 tablespoon
Garlic clove2minced
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Onion½diced
Ground pork455 g
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan
2. Add onion and sauté until softened
3. Add button mushroom and sauté until softened
4. Add garlic clove and sauté frying pan - approx 30 sec
5. Add ground pork and sauté frying until browned
6. Add chinese five spice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
7. Sauté in frying pan - approx 1 min
8. Transfer pork to serving plate
