Asian pork is a fantastic, flavourful dish that is my go to recipe on busy weekdays. It is incredibly easy to pull together and can be frozen for quick and easy future meals.

  • Button mushroom icon

  • Chinese five spice icon

  • Soy sauce icon

  • Oyster sauce icon

  • Sesame oil icon

    Method

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan
  • 2. Add onion and sauté until softened
  • 3. Add button mushroom and sauté until softened
  • 4. Add garlic clove and sauté frying pan - approx 30 sec
  • 5. Add ground pork and sauté frying until browned
  • 6. Add chinese five spice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
  • 7. Sauté in frying pan - approx 1 min
  • 8. Transfer pork to serving plate
