  19. Get a clean small bowl
  20. Add granulated sugar
  21. Add ground cinnamon
  22. Mix until blended
  23. Get a clean small glass bowl
  24. Add salted butter
  25. Melt in microwave
  26. Dip mini doughnut pan one by one
