Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 395°F
2. Add water and active dried yeast to a clean small bowl without stirring; set aside
3. Add coconut sugar, butter, raisins and water to a clean large saucepan
4. Heat on medium heat and stir until melted
5. Take from the heat and add yeast mixture
6. Gradually whisk in pastry flour
7. Mix well and set aside and let rise - approx 30 min
8. Knead the dough into a circle - approx 3 min
9. Prepare a clean baking dish
10. Place cake in the baking dish
11. Bake - approx 25 min, 200°C / 395°F
12. In a clean small bowl mix in powdered sugar and ground cardamom, then set aside
13. Once baked, brush the top of the cake generously with milk and sprinkle with sugar mixture
14. Add hot coffee, whiskey, kahlua and grand marnier to a clean glass measuring cup
15. Mix well with tablespoon
16. Slice cake
17. Pour coffee
18. Top with whipped cream to taste
19. Serve
