Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Grease a pie dish
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add chopped apple
  5. Add juice of lemon
  6. Add all purpose flour
  7. Add granulated sugar
  8. Add ground cinnamon
  9. Add salt
  10. Add cubed unsalted butter
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Let rest for approx 10min
  13. Roll out basic pie crust onto a lightly floured surface
  14. Line pie dish
  15. Pour filling into pie dish
  16. Assemble
  17. Bake for 15min
  18. Reduce
  19. Bake for 45min until golden brown
  20. Let cool completely
