    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 2. Add egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Whisk until well blended
  • 4. Add milk to the eggs and mix
  • 5. Add dried basil, dried oregano and dried thyme to the eggs
  • 6. Whisk until well blended
  • 7. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan
  • 8. Add garlic clove, button mushroom, tomato and bacon to the frying pan
  • 9. Transfer eggs to frying pan
  • 10. Cook in frying pan until set
  • 11. Add cheddar cheese
  • 12. Bake until melted - 220°C, 15 min
  • 13. Slice and serve
