    112 g (about 3 ¾)diced

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 2. Add egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Beat thoroughly until well blended
  • 4. Add milk to the eggs and mix
  • 5. Add dried basil, dried oregano and dried thyme to the eggs
  • 6. Mix until well combined
  • 7. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  • 8. Heat
  • 9. Add garlic clove, button mushroom, tomato and bacon to the frying pan
  • 10. Transfer eggs to eggs
  • 11. Cook in frying pan until set
  • 12. Add cheddar cheese to the eggs
  • 13. Bake until melted - 220°C
  • 14. Slice
