Method
1. Grease a clean madeleine pan generously
2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to a clean medium bowl then set aside
3. Add egg and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Beat until fluffy
5. Add unsalted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
6. Melt in microwave - low heat
7. Add honey, vanilla extract and milk to the medium glass bowl and mix
8. Transfer honey syrup to the large bowl with eggs
9. Mix until combined
10. Sift dry ingredients into batter gradually while mixing
11. Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix
12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
13. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
14. Spoon batter into madeleine pan
15. Bake until golden brown and springy to touch - 6 min, 200°C
16. Turn out onto cooling rack
