  1. Grease a madeleine pan generously
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add all purpose flour
  4. Add baking powder
  5. Add cocoa powder then set aside
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add egg
  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Beat until fluffy
  10. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  11. Add unsalted butter
  12. Melt in microwave on low heat
  13. Retrieve medium glass bowl
  14. Add honey
  15. Add vanilla extract
  16. Add milk and mix
  17. Transfer syrup to batter
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Sift dry ingredients into batter gradually while mixing
  20. Get a clean small bowl
  21. Add chocolate chips
  22. Transfer chocolate mixture to batter and mix
  23. Chill in fridge for 30min
  24. Pre-heat
  25. Spoon batter into madeleine pan
  26. Bake for 6min until golden brown and springy to touch
  27. Turn out to cooling rack
