  2. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add whole milk yogurt
  5. Add egg
  6. Add milk
  7. Add sunflower oil
  8. Add vanilla extract
  9. Mix until combined
  10. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Add all purpose flour
  12. Add granulated sugar
  13. Add cocoa powder
  14. Add baking soda
  15. Whisk briefly until combined
  16. Mix in wet ingredients to batter bit by bit
  17. Add chocolate chips
  18. Mix until combined
  19. Scoop batter onto muffin pan evenly
  20. Get a clean small bowl
  21. Add chocolate chips
  22. Sprinkle chocolate mixture with muffin pan evenly
  23. Bake batter for 20min until springy to touch
  24. Let cool muffin pan
