Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 191°C
2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
3. Add whole milk yogurt, egg, milk, sunflower oil and vanilla extract to a clean medium bowl
4. Mix until combined
5. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Whisk briefly until combined
7. Mix in wet ingredients to dry ingredients bit by bit until combined
8. Add chocolate chips to the batter
9. Mix until combined
10. Scoop batter into muffin pan evenly
11. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the muffin batter evenly
12. Bake until springy to touch - 20 min
13. Let cool
