  • Soy sauce icon

  • Sesame oil icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 2. Grease oven-safe dish
  • 3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic clove, ginger and honey to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Stir until well combined then set aside
  • 5. Add chicken wings to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 6. Transfer half of sauce to chicken and reserve the rest
  • 7. Mix the chicken and sauce
  • 8. Marinate in fridge - 30 min
  • 9. Place chicken in roasting dish
  • 10. Roast - 15 min, 190°C
  • 11. Turn chicken
  • 12. Roast - 15 min, 190°C
  • 13. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  • 14. Transfer the rest of sauce to small bowl
