Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Grease then set aside
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add soy sauce
  5. Add sesame oil
  6. Add garlic clove
  7. Add minced ginger
  8. Add honey
  9. Stir until well combined then set aside
  10. Add chicken wings to a large mixing bowl
  11. Transfer half of sauce to chicken and reserve the rest
  12. Mix thoroughly
  13. Marinate in fridge for 30min
  14. Transfer chicken to medium roasting dish
  15. Roast for 15min
  16. Turn
  17. Roast for 15min
  18. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  19. Transfer the rest of sauce to small bowl
