Method
1. Mix in lemon, egg, dijon mustard and fresh basil leaves in the large mixing bowl
2. Add truffle salt to the large mixing bowl
3. Pour canola oil into the large mixing bowl slowly while whisking
4. Whisk until creamy then set aside
5. Stir in fresh basil leaves, lemon, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Add turkey and mix thoroughly until well combined
7. Divide into quarters
8. Heat butter in a clean large cast iron skillet
9. Cook one side of the burger patty- approx 5 min, medium heat
10. Flip and add smoked mozzarella cheese on top the fried part
11. Cook - approx 5 min
12. Serve with burger bun or pita bread if preferred
