    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. Mix in all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, salt and ground cloves in a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Add brown sugar and butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix until combined - approx 1 min
  • 5. Add pumpkin purée, egg and vanilla extract to the large mixing bowl
  • 6. Mix until smooth
  • 7. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mix until the dough is free of lumps
  • 8. Prepare a clean baking sheet
  • 9. Scoop about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons for each cookie
  • 10. Bake - 12 min, 175°C / 350°F
  • 11. Transfer onto cooling rack
