Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 395°F
2. Grease a clean square pan then set aside
3. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl
4. Heat slowly until melted then set aside - Power Level 5
5. Add coarse cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Blend until well combined then set aside
7. Mix in plain yogurt and honey in a clean medium bowl
8. Add melted butter
9. Add egg to a clean small bowl and beat until just blended
10. Add Egg to wet ingredients
11. Whisk wet ingredients until well blended
12. Transfer wet ingredients to dry ingredients
13. Mix together with spoon until just combined
14. Transfer batter to square pan
15. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C / 395°F middle rack
16. Remove carefully
17. Cut
