Peanut butter cookies just taste like home. There is something about the aroma that fills the kitchen and the fabulous crumbly texture as you bite into these little treasures. We use "creamy peanut butter" instead of "crunchy" because creamy is more moist. If your dough is too dry, add more peanut butter.

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  3. Add peanut butter
  4. Mix briefly until smooth
  5. Add egg
  6. Mix until smooth
  7. Add white sugar
  8. Mix until sugar has dissolved
  9. Roll into balls
  10. Arrange dough balls in baking sheet one by one
  11. Bake for 10min
  12. Remove carefully
  13. Let cool slightly
  14. Transfer onto cooling rack until cool
