  • Garlic clove icon

  • Smoked paprika icon

    1 teaspoon (about 2.15 g)

  • Ground cumin icon

    ½ teaspoon (about 1.05 g)

  • Olive oil icon

    ¼ cup (about 54.6 g)

  • Chicken thighs icon

    6 (about 1.158 kg)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add garlic clove, ground turmeric, smoked paprika, ground cumin and olive oil to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Mix with tablespoon
  • 3. Add chicken thighs to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Transfer spices to chicken
  • 5. Coat
  • 6. Add olive oil and onion to a clean saucepan
  • 7. Fry until translucent
  • 8. Transfer chicken to saucepan
  • 9. Add lemon, white wine, water and saffron threads to the saucepan
  • 10. Simmer - 25 min
  • 11. Sprinkle with green olives
  • 12. Serve
