Method
1. Fill a clean medium bowl with ice water
2. Add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the medium bowl then set aside
3. Add powdered sugar and heavy cream to a clean stand mixer bowl
4. Beat until soft peaks form then set aside - 3 min 30 sec, medium speed
5. Add heavy cream and salt to a clean glass measuring cup
6. Heat in the microwave at Power Level 10 until just boiling
7. Transfer gelatin to glass measuring cup
8. Stir until dissolved
9. Add peanut butter to the glass measuring cup
10. Stir until well combined
11. Fold one quarter of cream into glass measuring cup
12. Combine carefully until creamy
13. Chill in fridge until set - approx 6 hr
