  1. Grease a loaf pan
  2. Line with parchment paper
  3. Grease
  4. Get a clean small bowl
  5. Add unsalted butter
  6. Add sea salt then set aside
  7. Get a clean saucepan
  8. Add heavy cream
  9. Add vanilla extract
  10. Heat on low heat until just boiling then set aside
  11. Get a clean large saucepan
  12. Add honey
  13. Add granulated sugar
  14. Heat until just boiling
  15. Measure
  16. Boil
  17. Transfer butter to caramel and mix
  18. Transfer cream to caramel and mix
  19. Stir continuously
  20. Remove
  21. Pour caramel into loaf pan
  22. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
  23. Let cool until set
  24. Cut into squares
  25. Wrap with waxed paper
