This bright fresh salad is great for lunch on a hot summer day or as a side at a picnic. It's very cooling and refreshing. I love to eat it on the side of a burger to balance the heaviness. This salad screams August, as most of the produce is in its peak.0.0 stars based on

Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes,
cucumber,
feta cheese,
fresh basil,
lime,
mint,
olive oil,
pumpkin seeds,
watermelon,
Directions:
1. Get a clean glass measuring cup
2. Add juice of lime
3. Add zest of lime
4. Add olive oil
5. Add finely chopped fresh basil
6. Add finely chopped mint
7. Whisk until combined then set aside
8. Get a clean serving plate
9. Add finely sliced cucumber
10. Add cubed watermelon
11. Add halved cherry tomatoes
12. Transfer dressing to salad
13. Add diced feta cheese
14. Sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds
