When you need more than yoghurt to go with your Curry night...this is it! SO good, so good for you and totally easy to whip up.

  • Onion icon

    1 (about 140 g)quartered

  • Garlic clove icon

    1 (about 6 g)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    20 g (about 1 ½ tablespoons)

  • Ground cumin icon
    Ground cumin

    1 teaspoon (about 2 g)

  • Ground turmeric icon
    Ground turmeric

    2 teaspoons (about 5 g)

  • Sea salt icon

    1 pinch

  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice

    40 g (about 1 ½)

    METHOD


  • 1. Place onion, garlic and evoo into the thermomix bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 4. Add ground cumin and ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Cook - approx 1 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 6. Stir through yoghurt and lemon juice
  • 7. Serve
