A super easy and delicious chutney or relish that could be fantastic in so many ways. It is to die for! Seriously yummy.

    INGREDIENTS


  • Onion icon
    Onion

    250 g (about 1 ¾)peeled, sliced

  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt

    ⅛ teaspoon (about 1.22 g)

  • Butter icon

    15 g (about 1 tablespoons)

  • Curry powder icon

    1 tablespoon (about 6 g)

  • Curry leaves icon

    10 cups (about 960 g)

  • White pepper icon

    1 teaspoon (about 2.15 g)

  • Inca berries icon
    Inca berries

    20 g (about 20)

    METHOD


  • 1. Place all ingredients except inca berries and seasoning into the thermomix bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 30 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  • 3. Add inca berries to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - approx 15 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  • 5. Add seasoning to taste and store in sterlised jar in the fridge until use
