Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Grease a clean cake tin
3. Sift whole wheat flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt into a clean large mixing bowl
4. Add banana, dark chocolate chips, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, almond milk and water to a clean medium bowl
5. Mix until combined
6. Add dry ingredients to batter gradually until smooth
7. Pour batter into cake tin
8. Bake until skewer tests clean and let cool - approx 45 min, 175°C
9. Add white chocolate chips to a clean medium glass bowl
10. Heat until melted while stirring occasionally
11. Add greek yogurt to the icing
12. Mix in
13. Transfer icing to cake
14. Spread until covered
15. Serve
