    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. Add rolled oats, carrot, milk, maple syrup, almond butter, butter, egg, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Mix until combined
  • 4. Grease a clean round pan
  • 5. Pour dough into round pan
  • 6. Add brown sugar, pecan pieces, butter and all purpose flour to a clean small bowl
  • 7. Mix until combined
  • 8. Sprinkle dough with nuts mixture
  • 9. Bake until set - approx 40 min, 175°C / 350°F
