You cannot believe how good these taste. Seriously. Remember the good old cinnamon donuts? This is that in a pikelet. Breakfast is served!

    INGREDIENTS


  • Butter icon

    40 g (about 2 ¾ tablespoons)melted

  • Egg icon

    1 teaspoon (about 5 g)

    200 g (about 1 ½ cups)

    2 teaspoons (about 10 ml)

    50 g (about ½ cup)

    100 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Vanilla extract icon

    1 teaspoon (about 5 ml)

  • Ground cinnamon icon

    ½ teaspoon (about 1 g)

  • Ground cardamom icon

  • Allspice icon

  • Chai cashew nut butter icon
    Chai cashew nut butter

    70 g (about ¼ cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add egg, baking soda, white flour, milk, apple cider vinegar, shredded coconut, rolled oats, sea salt, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, allspice and Chai Cashew Nut Butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Add melted butter
  • 4. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Allow mixture to stand for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Pre-heat a clean frying pan frying pan - 10 min, medium heat
  • 7. Dollop a little butter into the pan
  • 8. Melt
  • 9. Place spoonfuls of mixture into pan
  • 10. Cook frying pan evenly frying pan until light golden
  • 11. Serve with toppings of choice, hot or cold
