  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean saucepan
  3. Measure coconut oil
  4. Add golden syrup
  5. Heat on medium heat until melted while stirring occasionally
  6. Set aside and continue
  7. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Add pastry flour
  9. Add coconut sugar
  10. Add rolled oats
  11. Add ground ginger
  12. Add baking soda
  13. Mix briefly until combined
  14. Transfer liquid to mixture
  15. Mix
  16. Add cold water
  17. Mix until dough forms
  18. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  19. Divide mixture with teaspoon
  20. Roll into balls
  21. Transfer mixture to baking sheet
  22. Bake for approx 15min
  23. Transfer onto cooling rack and let cool
