    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 395°F
  • 2. Add pastry flour, coconut sugar and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
  • 3. Make a well
  • 4. Add milk and vanilla extract
  • 5. Whisk in until smooth
  • 6. Add egg to the batter one by one
  • 7. Whisk vigorously
  • 8. Add butter to the batter
  • 9. Mix thoroughly until combined
  • 10. Layer a clean glass baking dish with cherries
  • 11. Pour batter into glass baking dish
  • 12. Bake - 15 min, 200°C / 395°F
  • 13. Bake - 30 min, 175°C / 350°F
  • 14. Serve immediately
