Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. Add peach, white sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, lemon, brown sugar, whiskey and white flour to a clean medium bowl
3. Toss together
4. Transfer fruit to saucepan
5. Cook and turn off heat - approx 5 min, medium heat
6. Roll out basic pie crust onto a clean lightly floured surface and fit it in the pie dish
7. Transfer fruit to pie dish
8. Assemble pie crust stripes on top of the fruits
9. Bake until golden brown - 40 min, 175°C / 350°F
10. Let cool completely
11. Serve
