  • Cayenne pepper icon

  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice
    1½ tsp

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil
  3. Place salmon filet on a plate
  4. Pat dry with paper towels
  5. Transfer fish to baking sheet
  6. Get a clean small bowl
  7. Add olive oil
  8. Add cayenne pepper
  9. Add salt & pepper generously
  10. Mix well
  11. Transfer marinade to fish
  12. Coat completely
  13. Bake for 15min
  14. Broil briefly for approx 1min until crispy
  15. Sprinkle with lemon juice lightly
