Make this moist and flavorful Baked Salmon using only four basic ingredients and in only 15 minutes!

    Ingredients

  • Salmon filet icon
    Salmon filet455 g
  • Olive oil icon
    Olive oil½ tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper icon
    Cayenne pepper1 teaspoon
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepperas needed
  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice½ tablespoon
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with foil
  • 3. Place salmon filet on a clean plate
  • 4. Pat dry with paper towels
  • 5. Transfer fish to baking sheet
  • 6. Add olive oil and cayenne pepper to a clean small bowl
  • 7. Add salt & pepper to the marinade generously
  • 8. Mix well
  • 9. Pour the marinade over the salmon and coat it completely with the marinade
  • 10. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  • 11. Broil briefly until crispy - approx 1 min
  • 12. Sprinkle with lemon juice lightly
