  1. Pre-heat
  2. Grease a loaf pan
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add whole wheat flour
  6. Add sugar
  7. Add baking soda
  8. Add salt
  9. Add chopped walnuts
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add mashed banana
  13. Add egg
  14. Add plain yogurt
  15. Add coconut oil
  16. Add vanilla extract
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  19. Mix until combined
  20. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  21. Bake for 50min until skewer tests clean
  22. Let cool on round wire rack for approx 5min
  23. Serve
