Method
1. Add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and grapeseed oil to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix until smooth
3. Add spinach and milk to a clean blender jug
4. Blend until smooth
5. Transfer spinach mixture to the batter and miix gradually until combined
6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and knead for approx 5 min
7. Cover a clean lightly floured surface with plastic wrap
8. Let rest in fridge - 30 min
9. Divide into balls and flatten one by one
10. Roll out each tortilla evenly
11. Transfer to the skillet and cook each side - approx 2 min, high heat
12. Serve
