Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add salt
  4. Add baking powder
  5. Add grapeseed oil
  6. Mix until smooth
  7. Get a clean blender jug
  8. Add spinach
  9. Add milk
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Transfer mixture to dough gradually
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Knead for approx 5min
  14. Cover with plastic wrap
  15. Let rest in fridge for 30min
  16. Divide into balls
  17. Flatten one by one
  18. Roll out evenly
  19. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to medium cast iron skillet
  20. Cook each side for approx 2min on high heat
  21. Serve
