Make homemade tortillas with a bright green splash of spinach.

    Ingredients

  • All purpose flour icon
    All purpose flour130 g
  • Salt icon
    Salt1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder icon
    Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Grapeseed oil icon
    Grapeseed oil1 tablespoon
  • Spinach icon
    Spinach55 g
  • Milk icon
    Milk180 ml
    Method

  • 1. Add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and grapeseed oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix until smooth
  • 3. Add spinach and milk to a clean blender jug
  • 4. Blend until smooth
  • 5. Transfer spinach mixture to the batter and miix gradually until combined
  • 6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and knead for approx 5 min
  • 7. Cover a clean lightly floured surface with plastic wrap
  • 8. Let rest in fridge - 30 min
  • 9. Divide into balls and flatten one by one
  • 10. Roll out each tortilla evenly
  • 11. Transfer to the skillet and cook each side - approx 2 min, high heat
  • 12. Serve
