Perfect Scrambled Eggs without standing and stirring. Gotta love that on a busy morning when you are scrambling to get the family out the door!

  • Fresh chives icon

    4 (about 200 g)

  • Milk icon

    100 g (about ½ cup)

  • Unsalted butter icon
    Unsalted butter

    50 g (about 3 ½ tablespoons)

  • Sea salt icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Add milk, unsalted butter and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Transfer eggs to TM5 bowl
  • 4. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Cook - approx 8 min, 90°C, speed 4
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Whisk - approx 5 sec, speed 9
  • 8. Season to taste
  • 9. Serve
  • 10. Garnish with fresh chives
