  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add chili powder
  4. Add garlic powder
  5. Add kosher salt
  6. Add ground cumin
  7. Add paprika
  8. Add red pepper flakes
  9. Mix until combined
  10. Add chicken thighs
  11. Toss until coated
  12. Get a clean small bowl
  13. Add honey
  14. Add apple cider vinegar
  15. Stir until combined then set aside
  16. Cook each side for approx 5min
  17. Transfer half of mixture to chicken
  18. Cook for approx 1min
  19. Transfer the rest of mixture to chicken
  20. Cook for approx 1min
  21. Serve immediately
