This recipe is for one rack of ribs. It's wonderful to make ahead and bring to a summer party! Cut them up into individual bones to enjoy as an appetizer, or keep them together and serve as a half rack of ribs as a main dish. You can make your own sweet, smoky barbecue sauce while the ribs cook, or use a bottled sauce.

  2. Get a clean small bowl
  3. Add orange zest
  4. Add garlic granules
  5. Add onion granules
  6. Add dry mustard
  7. Add ground cumin
  8. Add black pepper
  9. Add smoked paprika

  12. Add dark brown sugar
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Line a work surface with foil
  15. Add baby back rib rack
  16. Rub half of spices onto meat
  17. Flip
  18. Rub the rest of spices onto meat
  19. Cover with foil
  20. Transfer meat to baking sheet
  21. Bake for 2h 45min until tender
  22. Increase
  23. Brush with barbecue sauce generously
  24. Bake for approx 10min until bubbles form
  25. Serve
