  • Salmon filet icon
    Salmon filet680 gcoarsely chopped
  • Dijon mustard icon
    Dijon mustard2 teaspoons
  • Shallot icon

  • Breadcrumbs icon

    Method

  • 1. Add salmon filet to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Transfer one quarter of fish to food processor bowl
  • 3. Add dijon mustard to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Blend until fine
  • 5. Add shallot to the food processor bowl
  • 6. Transfer the rest of fish to food processor bowl
  • 7. Blend briefly
  • 8. Transfer fish to medium bowl
  • 9. Add breadcrumbs, capers and fresh chives to a clean medium bowl
  • 10. Season with salt & pepper
  • 11. Mix gently until combined
  • 12. Form into rounds
  • 13. Grill
