  14. Transfer dry ingredients to batter bit by bit and mix
  15. Get a clean small bowl
  16. Add unsalted butter
  17. Melt in microwave on low heat
  18. Transfer butter to batter
  19. Mix gently until just combined
  20. Transfer batter to tart pan
  21. Get a clean small bowl
  22. Add quartered plum
  23. Arrange fruit in tart pan
  24. Bake for 40min until lightly browned
  25. Let cool
  26. Dust with powdered sugar
